I wish that Gmail would allow more options for the maximum page size. This is the setting that determines how many conversations to display on a page. The problem for me is that the minimum they allow is 25. On both of my notebooks 25 messages will not fit on my screen and I'm therefore forced to scroll to get to any of the messages past the bottom of the screen. Now I realize that doesn't really seem like a big deal and truth to be told it probably isn't. BUT... if they are going to bother to have such a setting why don't they either give you more options or allow you to input your own number within certain limits? I have to think that since I'm on a MacBook and another full size notebook that anyone using a netbook can fit even less on the screen and it seems from what I've read that a lot of netbooks have been selling lately. I submitted this as a suggestion via Google's suggestions page - http://mail.google.com/support/bin/static.py?page=suggestions.cs - but so far no feedback or progress.
Maybe Santa will bring me this for Christmas? I can dream can't I?
